Answer:
Kylie,
Unfortunately, none of these locations are really close to the Dells. Appleton is over 2 hours away. Brookfield and Wauwatosa are just about 2 hours away each.
HOWEVER, you are in luck. The Dells has a Tanger Outlet Mall, which has an Abercrombie and Fitch store in there. (And it's only minutes away!)
Here's the website and store directory:

Where should I look for summer job? Question: I am almost 18 years old (in less than a month). I live in Brookfield, a suburb of Milwaukee. I hope to look for a job or even an internship this summer. For jobs, I hope to do some secretary work, such as a typer, since I'm good with Microsoft Office and my typing speed is also pretty good. I can also do simple computer programming such as website, Java, VB, and a C++ (if I remember). An internship would work too, especially if it's related to computer programming or business. I won the economics skills competition in Wisconsin and took place at local business contests. However, there is a concern. I am going on vacation for two weeks starting in the last week of June.
So if you know any jobs or internships near Milwaukee, or any other types of jobs that pay well (resturants are my last resort), please leave your answer.
PS: Is it too late to look for summer jobs now?
Answer:
Wow Richard, Sounds as if you've got alot going for you. I live in California, and we have a program called One Stop Employment. It is for 17-24 year olds. Check your city and see if they have a similar program. Another place you could start is the Councelor at your High School. They shold be able to provide you with some good referals. You might even ask if you can help in the school office. I know we are always looking for help. Or, what about Parks & Recreation, or City Hall. All are great places to begin your search.

Is the University of Phoenix a good college to go to? Question: I'm thinking about going to the University of Phoenix for a bachelor's in software engineering. I'm also thinking about maybe going for online credits until I really focus on my core essentials - good thing is, is that the University of Phoenix is much closer by than the closest public school for software engineering in the state of Wisconsin for me. I hear they are accredited - is their general education online courses accredited too? I only have 13 credits right now, taken from MATC (Milwaukee Area Technical College). I have some history with UW-P plus it is a 3 hour drive.
Is the University of Phoenix at Brookfield Wisconsin the right college for me?
Answer:
UOP is accredited by several bodies. Use this list when talking to recruiters/employers: http://www.phoenix.edu/about_us/accreditation.aspx
Talk with professional organizations and certification bodies. Contact recruiters/employers before you register. Ask questions like: Do they require you to attend a certain type of school? Does your school need to be accredited? By which specific bodies? Use this information when you are looking at any school, not just UOP.
With UOP, it really depends on your field of study and total resume. I have never had a problem getting a job with any of my nursing degrees: Associates from a private college, Bachelor's from a state university, and Master's from an online university (UOP). But note that UOP and online came after I had earned two degrees the old fashioned way.
There are good and bad stories about every school (happy students v. unhappy ones). The opinions that count are those I listed above. Do your homework with every school you're looking at and you will minimize your headache later on.

Why can't I vote for whoever I want? Question: I just voted a little while ago and I live in the Town of Brookfield in Wisconsin. The lady that gave me the ballot said "you cannot cross party lines". I asked her if that means I have to vote a straight party ticket and can't just pick whoever I want from each party and she said yes that's right, except for when there is more than one candidate from the same party, then I can choose between them on the straight party ticket.
This seems contradictory to our system of free elections. Does anyone know why this is happening?
Thanks for the help folks... you are right (duh) it was a primary. So I pretty much wasted my vote since all I did was check off the field for my party and nothing else. You would think the lady would have explained that to me. Dang. Oh well, it was the first time I've voted so it was a learning experience.
Answer:
You were voting in a primary. The rules are different. You aren't electing anybody, you are only voting for who shows up on the ballot in November. Then you can vote for whoever you want.

there are 40 more rampages but the question room is too short to note all. yes we have guns in Europe also, 3rd largest in the world of private ownership, yet only 1 rampage in our history. and all of the EU. How many more?
Answer:
Let me see. That brilliant European Adolf Hitler and his brilliant scientists murdered approximately 20 million people give or take a few million.
That brilliant European Mussolini murdered how many millions of people?
You Europeans, when you set out to murder people with your guns you certainly go about it in a big way do you not?
Here in America when we have a psychotict nitwit running loose, he might manage to kill ten or or twenty people at most before an American armed with his own personal gun takes out the murderous psychotic piece of garbage, and puts him in a landfill where he belongs..
When you Europeans elect a murderous psychotic piece of garbage, that piece of garbage murders millions of people until us Americans with our guns come to rescue your sorry behinds and eliminate the murderous piece of garbage for you and spend billions of out takpayers dollars rebuilding your worthless decadent European society for you.

Is it about time this came out? Some Jehovah's Witnesses want more than to leave Watchtowers ? Question: Towns where Alleged Jehovah's Witness Child molesters have been reported to silentlambs
Home
Listed by each state
If you would to add a new listing contact silentlambs at info@silentlambs.org
The list below is designed to alert you to a possible danger in your community. Over the course of the last four years silentlambs has been a repository of reports on alleged Jehovah's Witness child molesters. Victims have reported extensively on times, dates and places abuse occurred. We have wrestled with how to alert the public as well as members that may be in congregations where abusers have been reported.
We offer the following suggestions if you as a Jehovah's Witness are in a town/congregation where a report has been made.
Do not allow your children to be alone with anyone in the congregation.
Escort your children to the bathroom during meetings and make sure no else is with them when using facilities.
Never allow your children to be alone in the car with anyone while in field service.
Do not allow any member to study with your child alone.
Avoid camping trips in which children go as a group with one or two adults.
Avoid baby sitters that are adult males.
At a get together watch your children and keep them in sight at all times.
Ask elders directly if they know of any abusers in your congregation, use specific names and note their reaction. They will not tell you directly but indirectly you can often figure out who it is. If one elder is less cooperative talk to another till you find out enough information to know the facts.
Check the local sex offender list in your area, type in the name of every person in your congregation to see if any are listed.
Notice any male member of the congregation that does not have privileges such as microphone or other duties around the congregation, especially if for a long period of time. They can offer talks on the TMS or sermons Service Meeting but are not allowed to conduct meetings. (This is only in case of a confessed child molester)
Note any member of the congregation that has children with sever rebellion or emotional problems.
Do not allow your children to have sleepovers with anyone.
Note members that the elders avoid having around their children.
If you are a member of the public and your community is on the list take the following steps to protect your family.
If Jehovah's Witnesses call at your home never allow them in your home
If you do not wish Jehovah's Witnesses to call at your home purchase a no trespassing sign and place it near your door. JW's are instructing to only respect "no trespassing" signs any other variation will be ignored.
If you do not wish Jehovah's Witnesses to call you can also call the local number and ask to be placed on the "do not call" list. They will note your home and check about once a year to make sure you wish to remain on the list.
If you choose to study with Jehovah's Witnesses do so at a neutral location such as the local Kingdom Hall or in a public place.
Never allow your child to be alone with members or their children.
If you choose to attend meetings with Jehovah's Witnesses then we suggest you follow the guidelines above for members.
Remember that most members are not aware of who the molesters are in their congregation according to church policy. They do not know.
If two Jehovah's Witnesses call at your door one could be a child molester. According to church guidelines all confessed child molesters are required to have a partner when going door to door. If two Jehovah's Witnesses appear at your door you might wish to ask if one or both are child molesters for peace of mind. Of course keep in mind if the person is an accused child molester they are allowed to work alone in the door to door work.
We hope this information is helpful and assists with the ultimate goal of silentlambs, protecting children. Check back as the list is updated on a regular basis.

is there anyone who has info on my dog? Question: this is for anyone in the milwaukee waukesha new berlin or brookfield area in wisconsin my puppy buster got loose last night at 9:30 pm we looked for four hours without luck have contacted all animal shelters in surrounding area and also local police departments put up on the web but I thought i would try one last place there is a 200.00 reward if returned he is all black with brown paws his name is buster hes one years old and on the smaller side he is a rott-german shepard mix any info would be great my whole family is missing him including my other dog my six year old daughter the most please put the word out to anyone you can thank you
Answer:
Flag down your UPS driver and your MailMan today. Give them a flier and ask them to keep an eye out.
If you dont have fliers yet, make some RIGHT NOW. A LARGE CLEAR photo of the dog and your cell phone number VERY LARGE AND IN BLACK MARKER at the bottom. You want it to be easy enough to read if someone is sitting in their car and needs to call you.
Go door to door in your neighborhood. Give EACH person a flier. Mention the reward.
Stop by any stores and restaurants near you. Speak with a manager and post a flier where their trash is. Lost dogs will often start digging in the trash.
Call ALL the vets in your area. Fax them a Flier, or visit them one by one. Be sure to speak with everyone at the front desk so that if your dog comes in, it won't fall through the cracks.
GL and I hope he is safely found.
