Questions Possibly Related to Delbarton, West VirginiaProvided By Y! Answers
How old do I have to be to run for mayor of a small town of less that 500 people in West Virginia? Question: I live in Delbarton, West Virginia, which is in Mingo County. When I can, I want to run for mayor. The population in this town is 474 (2000 census). Everyone (almost literally) knows and is a friend my father and/or I, so it would be an easy win. I'm very intelligent, with an IQ of 146, but I'm just in high school. I could easily manage this town, but I just don't have enough information as to win I could start. Can someone help me out?
Answer:
Someone with an IQ of 146 should know the difference between the word "when" and the word "win." You can run when you are 18. Hopefully, you don't get elected until you know how to use the English language properly, Mr. Smartypants. That's "win" you can start.
