I will be moving there without any real contacts, so at first I'm going to need some cheap rent(and im sure with what ill get paid I will qualify as being low income)... I am not elderly or disabled... what complexes in clarksburg or morgantown(including sourrounding areas) offer low income housing?

Contact the housing authority directly in those cities and they will put you on a waiting list for low income housing.

How many stamps to send a letter from West Virginia to Poland?

I'm sending a letter to Poland. How many stamps do I put on it? (I live in Bridgeport West Virginia and I'm sending money.)
By the way, I forgot to say: I put the money in a folded piece of paper (I know it sounds stupid, but you couldn't tell it was money unless you opened it).
Answer:
sending money via mail is not a good idea. a while ago, i sent a birthday card to my aunt [no money in it]. about 2 weeks later i received a letter from the postal service that an employee opened my letter, thinking there was money in it. really. use money order, it only costs $0.10.
how many stamps you need depends on how heavy the letter is. one stamp is usually enough, however, id put on 2 just to be safe. go to the post office and have them weigh it out for you.

Where is a good place to live, about an hour from Mannington WV ? Bridgeport, Clarksburg, other ideas?

My family is planning to move to West Virginia or Pennsylvania in 2008. We need to be about an hour away from Mannington WV due to family there. Where is a good place? Bridgeport/Clarksburg? My husband is in the legal field. We want a family friendly place with lots of shopping for me : ).
Answer:
Living about an hour from the Clarksburg/Bridgeport area either of those two cities would probably be your top choice because of their size, shopping and family-friendly atmosphere. Morgantown is another choice as well although it can tend to be a bit crowded when the WVU school year is on-going. Personally I like Clarksburg/Bridgepot better over Morgantown although the latter is, of course, closer to Pittsburgh and Pennsylvania.
