City DescriptionBothell (pronounced /bɒθəl/) is a city located in King and Snohomish Counties in the state of Washington. The population was 30,150 at the time of the 2000 census. Prior to annexation and the 2000 census, the northern portions of Bothell which lie in Snohomish County were considered a part of the Alderwood Manor-Bothell North census-designated place.
Prior to European settlement, the Sammamish River Valley from Lake Washington to Issaquah Creek south and upstream of Lake Sammamish was inhabited by a population of as many as 200 native Americans known as the Sammamish. The Sammamish were relocated after the Puget Sound War in 1856 to reservations and non-reservation lands.
In 1870, Columbus S. Greenleaf and George R. Wilson filed land claims in the area abandoned by the Sammamish near present-day Bothell, and built homes. Eight families followed over the next six years. In 1876, Canadian George Brackett bought land and began commercial logging out of a camp located on the north bank of the Sammamish River in what is now the heart of downtown Bothell. A store, school, and sawmill followed over the next several years.
In 1885, Brackett sold 80 acres to David Bothell, a settler from ... Read MoreCity Contained By:City Contains:- Cascadia Community College

What is Theft 2 and Invest theft Bothell Washington? Question: I am curious what a person may have done.
Answer:
Theft in the 2nd degree - stealing over $250 but under $1500. I have included a link below to the Washington law concerning this crime.
I could not find anything specific to "invest theft" in the Washington criminal code, but my guess would be investment theft or some sort of identity theft. That's a total guess though.

What do you think of Bothell Washington? Question: It's where Blake Lewis came from if you dont' know
Answer:
Bothell is a nice area that varies between having a bustling shopping center area and more quiet small town areas within the same town. It's just a quick drive up Bothell Way to Seattle (to the Lake City area). It sits near Kenmore, Kirkland, Woodinville, and Redmond in the north/northeast'ish area of the Eastside of Lake Washington. It's not a bad area and is close enough to everything else to be accessible in the Seattle area.

Do you have to cross Lake Washington to get to Kirkland from Bothell? Question: Any other local cities that are within a few miles of Kirkland that can be traveled to quickly? Looking for easy access and the shortest amount of time travel to Kirkland...any recommendations?
Answer:
No. You can get to Bothell by heading north on I-405 and both are on the east side of Lake Washington. Other cities close to Kirkland that are all on the east side of the lake are Redmond, Bellevue, and Issaquah (not as close). Bellevue has the biggest "downtown" area and Bellevue Square, which is the most well-known mall in Washington (I guess people are even told to visit it as visitors). A lot of Kirkland, Redmond, and Bellevue are all close together enough to even walk, depending on where you are starting. There is also bus service provided through all of these, but it isn't as great as bus service in Seattle, west of Lake Washington.

how does the univesity's quarter system work ? Question: i am thinking about transfer to U of Washington bothell from u of iowa, but uw uses quarter system and it needs 180 credit hours to graduate . U I uses semester system, it needs 120 credit hours to graduate. my question is, if i have 40 credit hours at UI , how many credit hours does it equal to in UW?
Answer:
Good luck trying to get your credit hours to transfer to a school on quarters. I go to one, and hardly anything is accepted! (I know people who transfered in and had to go an extra year or two because they were on semesters and the classes didn't match up to ours). I think 12 or 13 credit hours is considered the minimum for "full-time" here; as a pharmacy student I average about 18 credit hours a quarter, and you can take 19 hours without paying extra.
What you would have to do is talk to someone in admissions or the dean of the college you are trying to transfer into at the Univeristy of Washington and see what credits they will allow you to transfer. But don't assume all of your credits will transfer... you will probably have to re-take more than one class if you do!
