Moving to Barre, Vermont?

I'm moving to Barre/Montpelier Vermont. My family needs:
5+ Bedrooms
3+ Bathrooms
Living Room
Dining room
Kitchen
Fully finished Basement
Family room
3+ Car garage
And atleast 5 Acres of land.
I know most come with all houses lol.
I know it is alot but we will have like 5 Birds, 5 dogs, 1 cat and 5 family members so it is alot.
Since i'm asking.... I would like to see if anyone could find all that and a room other then the master beroom to have a Big room and Big closet and maybe a Bathroom in that room. Please try you best this is important it can be any age except if it is older then 30 years forget it I hate old houses lol but if you do find some shoot anyways.

Through Northern New England Real Estate.com (an independent site, as far as I know) you can look up MLS (Multiple Listing Service) listings.
You say you know "most come with all houses" - kitchens, yes, but 5+ bedrooms, 3+ bathrooms, finished basement and 3+ car garage and 5+ acres of land, NO. That will probably get expensive, to meet all of that.
Now, in Barre itself you will probably not find that, certainly not 5+ acres. You will have to look at the surrounding towns, but it's not a big deal, because you can get from one nearby town to another relatively quickly. Barre itself is built up enough that you won't find five+ acres easily with the other stuff. You will find older homes with 5+ bedrooms, but being older, they'll skimp on the bathrooms and the garage, and no house, short of a pretty new one, will meet all that criteria AND have a finished basement to boot, unless you want to spring $400k.
On the bright side, Barre isn't the top of the housing market, so there are some pretty good values.
As far as "any age except over 30", well, that's just silly. You can require that, but you're confining yourself to some fairly expensive housing, which is okay, but it defeats the "any age" part. I mean, I used to own a house that was 180 years old. So "any age, just under 30" sounds silly.
With "Big master bedroom and BIG closet" - those are modern housing ideals. That again means you're looking at modern prices. If you have the money, fine, but I think you're looking at shelling out at least $300k or more to try to meet all those criteria.

You may see a few breaks in clouds in the meantime and more significant clearing mid-late afternoon with warmer conditions but probably not that warm (70º or so). Showers & thundershowers may then develop and approach from the WSW, but it seems more likely not to have them before 6 PM.
This is about the most difficult location to forecast for in the NE this afternoon - or maybe the scattered thundershowers forming over northern NY.
