how do i get to show me the list for people who married in crossville tennessee in 1996?
Answer:
You will have to probabley pay a fee , but go to the county courthouse, the office of Register of Wills, or ask them where you would apply for a marriage license. In Pennsylvania it's that office that has all the applications and completions of marriage licenses. These are public records so don't let them give you a hard time about getting them because they will. They work for the county and are probabley just as lazy in your state as they are mine.
Good Luck!!!

Why do school principles treat kids that are new like crap, even when the child is good in school? Question: My son attends Cumberland County High School in Crossville, Tennessee. He has been abused by school kids all of his life because he follows the rules and is thin. A kid tripped my son on the bus and caused him to hit his chest on a seat (my son has asthma) which also messed up his back. My son "reacted" by slapping back (as the principle of CCHS said). This is the first time that my son has ever hit anyone. We just moved here in November 2006. The principle of my son's school suspended him for 4 days and the child that tripped him still hasn't been suspended. That child, his cousins (all on that bus), and all of his friends are all making threats to my son. I've even consulted the school board about this and noone will do anything to that boy that tripped my son. Do you agree that my son was treated unfairly?
No, it's not a racial thing. Both kids are white. I'm not sure what color of skin the school principal has. My husband took my son back to school because I was sick, so I've never seen him. I will, though. You can guarantee that. I have talked to him, though, and he flat don't care about my feelings or my son's. As for the principal being a person's pal, give it up. This principal is far from a pal. If he cared about my son, he would have made sure that the other boy was suspended too. Real pal and I'm saying that sarcastically.
Oh! And I'm far from pregidice of anyone. I don't care what color skin a person has, as long as they are nice to me, I'll be nice to them. I was just letting everyone know that it's not a racial thing.
Answer:
Remember, the difference in spelling.
The head of a school is spelled "princiPAL" because he is your PAL!

Looking for info on Alvin Frank Long who married Laura Elizabeth Thomas and had 5 children.? Question: One of the children of Alvin and Laura listed above was George Washington Long b. 1956 more info From all the records I have Frank Long was born on Sept.14,1876 in Allegheny County , Pa. His father was Frank Long and his mother was Annie.
I have a copy of the 1920 census taken in Bristol on Jan. 16th. and it lists Frank and Mama being married with him 43 and mama 21. No children are listed so I am assuming that Ben and John were dead and Ed was just a few days from being born.
I believe that the marriage license is the only document that lists him as Alvin Frank Long. Everything else just says Frank.
(George Washington Long – he now lives in Crossville , Tennessee . He’s 80, he was born in 1926 and was a Christian Church minister for 55 years) Any help you could give me in finding anything out would be greatly appreciated.

I had a marriage license but I can't find it.Thought I might have given it to you. His father Frank is listed as having the occupation of a Tinner.
His Birth Certificate came from the office of Clerk of Orphans' Court, Division of The Court of Common Pleas.
Since it was a delayed Certificate it could be that he was in an Orphans Home at one time ???
Answer:
Hey Clarke,
You have way too much information, and too little focus on a questions, sorry for being forward about that. You might want to stick the focus on Alvin and all you know about him. Is he living, deceased, don't know?
Anyway, I looked for Alvin and George in ZABASEARCH, and there are so many of them that you are going to have to look at that. Also, the LDS Family Search site is really good for this.

I made some friends up here and needed to get out of DeLand so I thought I'd give it a shot. I've only been up here for a couple of weeks, but so far so good. Don't know if it'll be permanent yet , but I'm gonna give it some time and see what happens. Yep, still taking care of critters. I start my new job up here week after next.
If I ever end up in Tennessee, it'll be with my folks in Crossville ... about an hour west of Knoxville. That won't be for awhile, though. Gotta give this place a chance first, ya know?

Answer:
It's only cheating if you considering it cheating.
Does it matter though? Do you have a good relationship, other then this possible indiscretion? If so, then it doesn't matter if he flirts with other chicks :)
P.S. How many people, do you think, are going to call that girls number? :D
