Prime time is a unique experiance. I sit down and let the profesionals take over. The menu is comprised of a cut of beef in small, mediun, large, and x-large. The beef is perfect. I am greatly impressesd with this establishment the manegments confidance in their food, "menu," and service makes the overall experiance or "The Sum" greter than the parts.
