An Ohio man Monday was ordered to remain jailed without bail by State Supreme Court Justice Russell P. Buscaglia after he pleaded not guilty to a one-count murder indictment in the fatal beating and stabbing of fellow trucker Robert Hardy last month on the westbound Thruway in Hamburg.
