    Anyone out there from the Sebring-Beloit area in NE Ohio?

    My dog is lost and I need for you to keep an eye out for her.If you ,or any of your friends are from Sebring,Beloit,Salem ,Damascus,North Benton or Alliance,Ohio,please,on Friday there were very high winds in our area and our fence was blown over.Two of my 13-year-old dogs were lost.One was found safe today,but her sister is still missing.Her name is Sierra.She is a mixed-breed(Australian shep/retriever/???).She is golden-red with white on her chest,and is very thin,as she has been sick.She needs medication and a special diet for kidney disease.I know this is a long-shot,but in the off-chance that someone who sees this is from my neck of the woods,please help.Her sister was found on the corner of Johnson and Courtney roads,and was also seen at Quaker City IGA on Friday,so she could be anywhere.Thanks. Thanks,Nicky.Would you please ask your friends as well?There are fliers with her picture on them posted at IGA,Marathon,and Gromoll Drugstore. I have called everyone;the Salem Humane Society,Alchemy Acres,the pounds in Mahoning,Columbiana,and Stark Counties,and all of the area vets.I've had adds in the Salem and Alliance papers,and put fliers up,and no luck.I'm afraid that she is probably dead,or someone has her.I know with her health problems and her age that she could not have survived the recent cold unless she is in someone's house.Thanks for your offers of help,though,and I'm still wishing for a Christmas miracle to bring my girl home.

    I and my brothers live in Salem. We will keep our eyes open. You need to call the Humane Society which is run by Sue Davidson. Her place is on Rt. 62 near Andrews Cycles. Look for the place that has llamas out in the front field. There is also a little red , heart shaped, sign the says Valentine Farms. Did you call the pound?

    I live in Sebring,Ohio.On May 2nd,my dog escaped from my fenced yard.She is 13 years old,dark reddish - brown with tan points (like a Doberman),a white chest and greying muzzle.She's about 60 lbs.with shepherd - type,upright ears.She's wearing a collar with a red Mahoning county license,and she is very shy.Her name is "Cowdog".She was lost once before,in December,and was found on Johnson Road,by the old Little Tykes plant.If you live nearby,would you please be on the lookout for her? Her sister,and her family miss her terribly.
