    I lived in Akron for 23 years. Swenson's hamburgers are the best!! It's an OK city - the schools are OK and they have a lot of malls. That house is over the east side of Akron. Near Ellet (suburb of Akron). The house price is on the low end for the area. It might have bad plumbing. I don't know what street it's on, but it's a mildly safe neighborhood for the most part.

    A family owned Akron institution is Parasson's original location on Waterloo Road. They have good food, decent sized portions and reasonable prices (especially at lunch time). As long as you're not creeped out by a giant Al Capone head on the wall looking at you, you'll do fine here. A one of a kind place would be the Tangier near downtown on Market Street. This is higher priced with manufactured higher class to match. The Tangier is more well known as a meeting place, but it's restaurant is another long time Akron staple. Whenever I ate there, the place's pretentiousness seemed to distract from the quality of the food. Jeans and t-shirt definitely don't cut it here. They renovated the place recently to change its long date purple Eqyptian decor to a brown and beige wonderland. Whether that was a good or bad choice is in the eye of the beholder.

    Firestone park is very nice to live, theres pretty much no bad area of firestone park.. just dont go past Archwood ave. going north...North Hill is a great area too. that where my family still lives today. Just try to feel out the neighborhood your trying to live in.. go there at night and see if youd want to live there or if the disturbance level is to your liking... Id really go with firestone park

In a few weeks I was notified that a pawn shop had it. What got me mad was that I had to pay the pawn fee. That a great business where you can make money on stolen items. I only say that because the investor might be able to buy the property and claim it as an investment but when they sell it to you, then you would have to still apply for a loan to pay for the property. Which means it would still be a purchase and you would need a down payment and pay for closing costs.
