Why is there a large concentration of Russian-Americans in North Dakota?
Question:
Im a Russian-American who immigrated here 15 years ago after the collapse of the Soviet Union, and I live in New York City.
I researched places in the U.S. with large concentration of Russians and I found the common areas I already know (New York, Boston, Cleveland, South Florida)
but I also found a large amount in North Dakota. Are these Russians the ones who immigrated here 100 years ago, after the Jewish pogroms in Russia?

No, they are descendants of 2 different waves of immigration happened in early XX century:
1. Russian Germans.
2. White Movement emigrees, especially Cossacks who escaped "decossackisation" carried by Judeo-Comissars of Leiba Trotsky.
