Demetrios is the place. My husband is on a special diet and if you ask they will try to prepared the meal to meet you needs. Their flounder is to die for. Been going there for years and it only gets better. It is small enough that each order is special and the help is not stressed and serves you like you want to be served.

This was just ok. Not the best Chinese I've had but good enough to where we weren't too terribly disappointed. We'll probably just drive into Gastonia next time though. We did not "do" the buffet, yet our soup and rice were taken from the buffet (by the server). Both were about 10 degrees too cold. Just not hot enough...the beef in my Hunan Beef was a little tough but the sauce was good. Not very spicy though.

A regular stop for me. Subs are always great, pizza is very good too, but only served after five I think. A bit expensive for the area, but the taste makes you forget about the price. The staff is always polite and rememebers the regulars, the owner is a good guy and a proud veteran, always worth extra points with me. A recommended stop in Belmont.

Rudi's is such a great place to sit around with friends and have a couple cold beers. There's so much to keep you entertained, with pool tables, air hockey, pin ball, Silver Strike bowling, and many other games... hot dogs, pizza, and nachos hit the spot when you have a craving... I love the relaxed atmosphere and of course Karaoke night is always fun. I highly recommend checking it out!

This shop is the reason I moved to southeast Gaston. I figured that if the folks in this area are half as warm & sincere as the owners are, this area has to be great. The coffee is superb. The owners also have the bakery next door & the demand for their baked goods is very high. The people behind the counter will make you feel comfortable and the jazz selections that play softly inside & on the sidewalk caf?? are excellent, also.

The single greatest Bacon doublecheeseburger in the history of mankind. I love bacon on a cheesburger and have tried it several places but out of all the places I have went,and this includes the much higher priced theme restaurants. This is the greatest hands down.Their sweet iced tea is always fresh also.

My wife and I drove past Catfish Cove a few weeks ago when we were at the Stowe gardens. We saw that the parking lot was almost full. That told us that it must be a popular place to eat. We finally went there Friday afternoon 3/19/10, and we were very pleasantly surprised. The food was great, the service was very attentive and friendly without being overbearing, and the prices were very reasonable. We have put the Catfish Cove on our "Must return" list. We live in Denver (North Carolina, that is), and Belmont is a bit out of the way for us. But be assured that the drive was well worth it. We WILL return.

I found the BBQ to be dry and tasteless, but the fried pickles are some of the BEST I've ever had! My first (and only) trip to Buddy's was apparently BEFORE the place changed hands, so I'll give it another shot soon. I just wish they had better hours (their posted hours are (I think) Tu - Fr 11am-5pm), but it seems that they're ALWAYS closed, even within those times.

I just left this Chick-fila moments ago. They were slam packed. Parking lot fulland cars over to the adjacent business parking lots. The drive thru was not so busy..which is where I was going anyway. I placed my order "my pleasure" which I have come to expect, was announced from the girl taking my order. What blew me away was after I pulled to the window I over heard a manager walk up to one of these sweet teenagers and say "thank you so much for noticing that, you kept our customer from having to wait while that had to be fixed, that is why your going to make such a great nurse whenever you graduate and leave us." I almost cried. I have never...NEVER heard a fast food manager praise a young person. Which our younger population probably make up the majority of employees. I am 46 years old and have done my time in a restuarant as a teenager and I am blown away. The food was great too, but If it had just been the food that was good I wouldn't have been prompted to make a comment. The service was much more than excellent. I left having a good feeling about what was happening at Chick-fil-a. Not just the food but the way they are helping mold our children and make the world better. Thank You.

the service mocked me for being faithful to jesus christ after they got my order wrong twice so i asked for a refund so when i was trying to leave the employee said "HAVE A BLESSED DAY" i looked at her and then she said" O I KNOW YOU WILL" about ten feet from the manager so i said i would like to talk to your manager she came over and when we STARTED talking the employee just jumped right in and the manager did not even care I WILL TELL THE CHURCH ABOUT THIS!!!!!!!!

The salad bar is rather old looking but it is still great food. I have never had a problem there like most other restaurants. I guess I was raised on if it aint broke dont fix it. Old can still be great. Broiled shrimp is the best!

I saw that happen with that woman and kid...kinda disturbing that a restaurant would do that, but I'm sure they are more about making money off boozing adults than helping some kid....I bet the business they lose will outweigh the cost of a gallon of water to flush a toilet....

We had take out and the fish was great but you pay for much more than you actually get! The tartar sauce was sweet and just nasty! Will go back for the flounder but maybe eat in next time.
