can my step dad kick me out im 13 and live in north Carolina?
Question:
my mom and little brother were in angier,NC and i was in fuquay,NC at my home with my step dad. my step dad got mad at my mom for spending to much money in Virginia so he threw his phone against the wall and broke the screen. he asked me for my phone (that had been lost for about a week) i said i cant find it. he made me look for about 30 minutes. still i did not find it so he when to use the pay phone at the gas station up the street. he came back i was sitting on my bed i looked every were except were it was i guess. he kicked me out without shoes to walk to the gas station 1 mile if not less. then i used the lady at the counters phone to call my mom. she cam 15 or 20 minutes later yelled at my step dad he yelled back. my mom called the police they came the officer did not do much at all. i spent the night an my aunts so i could not Spike up my Mohawk ( there was no gel there) what do i do is that even legal to kick me out and why is my mom trying to make up!??!?!?!?!!??

no your step father cannot kick you out like that it is abuse and it should be reported. it is not right, your mother is in the same situation as you, with the abusive man. give her some slack, but diffinately call the authorities.
