  They say 69-year-old Solveig Nelson was driving and her 70-year-old husband, Kenneth Nelson, was in the passenger seat when the truck struck their vehicle. The Massapequa Park couple were pronounced dead at the scene.

  Witnesses told police the minivan had made a left from an eastbound turning lane when the traffic light was a steady red. The fuel truck was traveling west on Sunrise Highway. Truck driver Matthew Donohue told detectives that westbound traffic had a green light.
