Questions Possibly Related to Dillon, MontanaProvided By Y! Answers
How much do you think it would cost me to move from Whidbey Is. Washington to Dillon Montana in the year 2010 Question: I am going to graduate in the year 2010 and i'm planning on moving to montana for this horse school that i am intrested in . My heart is really set on this school since it teaches everything that I need to know to be able to run my own horse business of some sort but be for I get to excited I would like to know how much it would cost to be able to get there with all of my stuff needed to live in a house on my own.
Answer:
Number one Whidbey Island is no where near Washington, D.C.
The cost of moving is very varied. It depends on whether you are bringing everything yourself using your car with a trailer, renting a truck to move in or using a moving company.
I moved from McAllen,Texas to Washington, DC by shipping everything by DHL, and flying. It was inexpensive because I did not bring much.
I moved from Teheran, Iran back to the United States using excess luggage, and that was very expensive.
You did not say how much in weight that the things would be, What I would do is contact the means that you will be using and then tack on another 40 percent, just to cover the possible increase in fuel.
This is my help from Washington, D.C. United States of America.

dillon,montana- moving to area, have large family and don't want to have to commute for work, any advice? Question: looking for low cost of living, in a good community, will need work, i currently work for a bank and my husband is unemployed, will need cheap rental house with at least 3bedrooms and pref a yard, thanks for your help.
Answer:
I'm from Montana, but no longer live there. Dillon is a pretty area but you may find the cost of living is less in low populated areas like Dillon but jobs are also scarce and low paying. Bozeman has lots of work right now and you can live in nearby cheaper Belgrade. My brother is a contractor in Bozeman and has a hard time getting laborers. You can look at www.realtor.com online-you can search bozeman or dillon and surrounding areas and find other information too. Also search online for the terms "Dillon montana" or Dillon montana newspaper.
Good luck-it's beautiful but very very cold winters and pay is generally lower and harder to find...
