Hannah montana's agency.............HELP!? Question: does anyone know waht agency Hannah Montana/ Miley Cyrus is with? Or was with? please help!
Answer:
sorry, but big people like that usually don't have agencies, they have agENTS, which is just one person serving for them. and it's almost impossible to get the same agent as a celebrity unless you are one (which im guessing you're not) or you have some sort of connection (like if a relative is famous or is involved in agent work or something)

How will I locate an old fling from Job Corps? Question: His name is Jason WhiteHip and he is originally from Crow Agency, and I also have one more her name is Kristy Blaine, and she is also from Crow Agency, Montana too. I tried the high school reunion but there is no one so, is there a way I can locate these two?
Answer:
Just meditate about her, and if she is meant to come back into your life you will naturally find ways to look, or something or someone will cross your path that will make a difference.
The point is, that if someone is meant to be in your life, they will be, but sometimes people in our past were simply a part of our life lessons. These experience in fact shape your persona so you are evolved enough to meet the person you were destined to be with.
I suggest you examine your inner self and ask yourself what it was about this person and the situation you were in that made her stand out in your memory?
The answer will help you determine whether you really want to see her, or if you are in fact ready for someone with some of the qualities, yet with other more different characteristics that might suit you better.
Good Luck!!!

Did miley cyrus ever do anything else before audtioning for hannah montana? Question: was she in a talent agency or did she just start off audtitioning for hannah montana and become famous?
Answer:
She did have an agency and yes she had done some acting.
On one of her audition tapes for the part of Hannah Montana, she gives her name and says which agency she was with (CESD) so she definitely had one in the audition process and I expect before.
She had a small part in the 2003 movie "Big Fish" and on "Doc" before getting the Hannah Montana role. You can see them listed here http://us.imdb.com/name/nm1415323/

NFL -Is it time to end free agency yet? Question: I think free agency and salary caps have hurt the NFL yes theres parity there's too much freakin parity. Teams no longer have a Idenity. I miss the old days of teams if they played the Steelers they better pack a lunch or Miami what out Dan might throw for 400 yards or Elways great come backs refusing to lose and best of all Montana's cold percission disecting defenses. Today it's have cleats will travel just show me the money. Many of the players now could care less about their team. I say good deal to free agency and jobs been completed we have parity and lets get back to football. The athletes are tremmendous now in that aspect the game is so much better but the players have become prima donna's and the fans incourage it. Although controversy over the end of the Pats/Chargers game. Who cares they are not running for the Senate. There's Football players let them play football.
Answer:
No it isn't time to end Free Agency or the Salary Cap. The Steelers STILL have their identity. It is the TEAM'S Identity, not the players. Any TEAM can come up with one and keep it.

Who wrote the hit song "Meet me in Montana" for Dans Seals and Marie Osmond? Question: I have spent the last two hours looking the net over to find out who wrote the song and which agency holds teh mechanical rights. I have checked the major music associations and no one seems to have it listed.
Answer:
The song "Meet Me In Montana" was written by Paul Davis, the affluent songwriter of both country and pop chart hits such as "I Go Crazy", the longest charting single in history from 1977 until 1983 when Michael Jackson's "Beat It" started a new run.
Other well-known 70's, 80's and 90's hits he has written and performed include "Cool Night", "'65 Love Affair", "I Won't Take Less Than Your Love" with Tanya Tucker, "Do Right", and "Ride 'Em Cowboy".
Davis was in Jesus Christ Superstar as Paul.

How did the Disney Channel Stars get their start? Question: I want to be a singer/actress more than anything in the world.
and though I can't stand her image, I want to be the next Hannah Montana.
How do I get started?
*I auditioned for one acting/modeling agency once, and made it to the "call-backs" but they were a rip-off*
Answer:
First of all, you need to make sure your parents are behind you all the way. Get training. You make think your good but professional training could make you even better. Look into getting an agent, that's what I'm looking into. Also you need to make sure these things are legit. Most thisng you shouldn't have to pay for, especially not auditions. I hope this helped.

Question about talent agency on the radio? Question: Hey I have some experience acting. I do plays at my local theatre [its like my towns version of Broadway, about 200 kids try out for each play and 30 get selected to be in it] I heard this ad on my local radio station about "Hollywood's biggest agency" looking for talent to star on shows like Hannah Montana, Drake and Josh and I-Carly. They are having an open casting call for kids 8-14. I forget what the agency is called. It said call to scedule an audition time. Is this a scam? The first 250 callers get to audition. Could I make it?
Answer:
It's bound to be John Robert Powers or something. Scam. They're not an agency, they're a school, and they're out to sell you lessons. A big expensive package of lessons.
Do you really think "Hollywood's biggest agency" would NEED to work that hard for new talent? 250 random inexperienced amateurs who happen to call a radio station? It doesn't work that way.

Can we refuse a Montana Drivers License? Question: I work in a car rental agency. We had these four guys come in Friday to rent a car, all Arabs, and the one who was doing the rental gave us his drivers license and it was from Montana, and the name was an English name not an Arab one. I ran the license and it was a real one, but I was suspicious so I spoke to my boss, and he came out and told them we wouldn't accept a Montana DL because Montana licenses are not good under the "REAL ID" law.
Is this legal? They got real mad at us and were yelling that it was discrimination and they were going to sue the company and the manager and me, but the manager said it was the law and if they didn't leave he'd call the cops, so they left.
Was it legal? I thought REAL ID wasn't even law yet?
Answer:
If you have a policy not to accept Montana Drivers Licenses that's perfectly legal. If you only refuse the Montana Licenses of people that you think look suspicious - especially if you think they look suspicious because they're Arabs - that's illegally discriminatory.
The "Real ID" act has not yet fully taken legal effect, no. Once it does, it will be illegal to accept a non-compliant State ID for any Federal purpose - boarding an aircraft, entering a Federal office building or courthouse, entering a military base, or as the basis for any sort of Federal document such as a Pilots or Mariners license, TWIC card, or to open an account at a Federally regulated bank or S&L.
Even until it takes effect, though, it's legal for a private party to refuse to accept one. The underlying reason 'why' a Montana DL is not "Real ID" compliant - the fact that there's no meaningfull verification of the identity of the person who applies for one - is already there. That means that you really don't know if a person presenting a Montana ID is who the ID says he is or not, which is a valid reason for a private company to refuse to accept it.

Kidz In Media scouting agency...Scam??? Question: We were in the mall and were stopped and handed a card and told to be at a scouting agency tomorrow and bring a picture, that scouting agents would be there and are looking for kids 5-16 for commercials. They claim to have scouted kids for all types of shows such has Hannah montana and Zack and Cody and commercials for many companys like Macdonalds, Disney, Toys rus etc...the list goes on and on. They have a website called kidzinmedia.com, but when I run a search on them nothing comes up about them which is strange to me and it just feels like a scam, it felt weird, but my 8 yr old is begging her dad to go, I am saying not to, but she was getting upset, so I started to investigate and found nothing...like they just popped up online...What do you think...any experience with this type of company do you think this is for real or a scam? Thanx
Answer:
happened to my daughter too. I wouldnt do it. If you let them do that soon they will be asking permission to take ur daughter out of school and ect.. My daughter was scouted at the mall for Industry Studios... They gave me the same crap. Explain to your daughter that it might not be the best dissision and you might want to tell her about danger. Have her audition for a real modeling studio. maybe that could help her. I think its a scam. just becuase they say they scouted doesn't mean they have and with all the missing children i wouldn't take the chance.
You scout by talent not looks. Be careful!

Can a company/creditor threaten jail time? Question: I am a teacher, who has recently experienced identity theft. I wrote a check for $500 to a company (not a collection agency) in Montana. (I live in South Dakota.) It bounced. Although I have every intention of rectifying the situation, the company called me at work today and threatened that, if this isn't taken care "right away", they will have the Sheriff "drag me out of my classroom in front of my students" and "extradite me to Montana." I understand that I owe them the money (and am in the wrong) but this threat seemed inappropriate to me. It seemed like a deliberate tactic designed to intimidate (especially after I already admitted I owed them the money). What should I do? I was thinking of faxing them a letter explaining the situation, establishing payment terms, and telling them to cease making threats. Advice would be appreciated, especially with specific legal information I can use to help avoid anymore threats.
