City DescriptionForistell is a city in St. Charles and Warren Counties in the U.S. state of Missouri. The population was 331 at the 2000 census.
Foristell is located at 38°49′3″N 90°57′24″W / 38.8175, -90.95667 (38.817542, -90.956737).
According to the United States Census Bureau, the city has a total area of 5.0 square miles (13.1 km²), of which, 5.0 square miles (12.9 km²) of it is land and 0.1 square miles (0.2 km²) of it (1.39%) is water.
As of the census of 2000, there were 331 people, 121 households, and 93 families residing in the city. The population density was 66.6 people per square mile (25.7/km²). There were 126 housing units at an average density of 25.3/sq mi (9.8/km²). The racial makeup of the city was 96.37% White, 1.51% African American, 0.30% Native American, and 1.81% from two or more races. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 0.60% of the population.
There were 121 households out of which 34.7% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 65.3% were married couples living together, 2.5% had a female householder with no husband present, and 23.1% were non-families. 18.2% of all households were made up of individuals and 5.8% had someone living alone who was 65 years of ...
