Joyce's is a full service salon and with 9 cosmetologists there will be a lot of noise. The ladies are nice, I agree. They are all very talented. There was a lot of noise probably because they were all busy with clients, that would make 18 people if they all had 1 client each. Lots of talent there, I would highly recommend.
