I went to Terry & Kathy's to hear Stacey Collins a couple of Sunday's ago. What an awesome little patio setup they have for relaxing, having a beer, and listening to music. They even had awesom BBQ that started serving about 3:30. I introduced myselft to the hottie taking the money and told her I would be back soon for another great brat.

A lavish lounge type setting with exciting yet tasteful entertainment. A sophisticated crowd in which conversations tend to run long and deep. Newcomers are generally welcome so long as they show the proper respect to the patrons and staff. The Sand Bar offers a wide variety of stimulating entertainment including, but not limited to, friendly, yet no non-sense card games, elegant,social toasts, and a modified version of Tiddly Winks. The afore mentioned games tend to be played on a Tuesday night, and rules are strictly enforced.

This place is great. My wife and I came in fairly late (just before 9), so I had been a little worried if there kitchen was open or if the service would be decent. The service was excellent and the food was incredible. The roast beef sandwitch was perfect, and my wife had shrimp scampi, which was also the best I ever had. Prices were more than reasonable. I have a new favorite restaurant!

Applebee's is overwrought and overpriced. I know a lot of people go to Applebee's, and if the good places in town are closed or too far out of the way, then Applebee's is fine. But every Applebee's looks like every other Applebee's. If I want to eat at a place that looks the same in every town then I'll force myself to go to Hardee's. Food quality has been mixed which is not good considering the prices they charge. People at my table have been served the WRONG alcoholic beverage, melted ice cream, and food no one at the table ordered. Their decor feels "forced"; they are trying to be thematic but it makes me feel like I'm in a home decorating shop. Service is lack-luster. Again, it's okay if everything else is closed in the area; otherwise, eat IN town, awway from the state highway if you want GOOD food.
