The food here is dry and tasteless. I can find better Chinese food in the frozen food aisle at Mosers. If you want good chinese food it is worth the drive to Jeff City or Columbia.

I frequent the Turtle Club about 2-5 days each week. The lunch specials are very reasonably priced for very good food. The atmosphere is a friendly "small town" crowd where the towns people gather and talk and have fun. I would recommend the Turtle Club for a burger and a beer any time. The owner, Charlie, is a nice guy that likes to talk politics, or current news or anything at all.

This restaurant is the best chinese restaurant in Jefferson City. They have the best Crab Rangoon. Excellent service, great eating environment and reasonable prices. Also check out Hunan's which is my second choice.

I lived in Columbia for 12 years and I had to eat here at least once a week. Best pizza i have ever had, best whole wheat crust pizza in the world. Incredible atmosphere in both locations and very good ownership.

Hunan's is the 2nd Best chinese restaurant in Jefferson City. The crab rangoon and the service is excellent. I go there like 2-3 times a week during lunch and always receive HOT food and quick service (2-3 minutes).

My father went here as a kid and my husband and I (as well as many friends) have continued to go as well. Arris's has great food and service is very friendly. They are usually packed, especially on the weekend so be prepared to wait a bit. Carry out is available, but its always better there. George the owner is usually somewhere around the place and is very friendly as well. Its a wonderful family atmosphere. Its a great place to hang out with friends or take the family too. Arris's is the best restaurant in Jefferson City by far.

OMG I thought I had died and gone to heaven. Best in the state! My husband had ate there before and raved about it, so on our way to our place at the lake we stopped in. Excellent service and incredible food!! Margaritas were great too!
