Toccopola is located at 34°15′21″N 89°14′4″W / 34.25583, -89.23444 (34.255775, -89.234471).
According to the United States Census Bureau, the town has a total area of 1.5 square miles (3.8 km²).None of it is covered by water.
As of the census of 2000, there were 189 people, 71 households, and 56 families residing in the town. The population density was 127.3 people per square mile (49.3/km²). There were 84 housing units at an average density of 56.6/sq mi (21.9/km²). The racial makeup of the town was 98.41% White, 0.53% African American, and 1.06% from two or more races.
There were 71 households, out of which 35.2% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 53.5% were married couples living together, 19.7% had a female householder with no husband present, and 21.1% were non-families. 19.7% of all households were made up of individuals, and 11.3% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older. The average household size was 2.66 and the average family size was 3.04.
