    Pace is a town in Bolivar County, Mississippi, United States. The population was 364 at the 2000 census. Pace is located at 33°47′30″N 90°51′30″W / 33.79167, -90.85833 (33.791797, -90.858289). According to the United States Census Bureau, the town has a total area of 0.2 square miles (0.4 km²), of which, 0.2 square miles (0.4 km²) of it is land and 6.25% is water. As of the census of 2000, there were 364 people, 129 households, and 95 families residing in the town. The population density was 2,365.3 people per square mile (936.9/km²). There were 131 housing units at an average density of 851.2/sq mi (337.2/km²). The racial makeup of the town was 13.74% White, 82.69% African American, 1.10% Native American, 1.65% Asian, and 0.82% from two or more races. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 1.37% of the population. There were 129 households out of which 35.7% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 41.1% were married couples living together, 30.2% had a female householder with no husband present, and 25.6% were non-families. 22.5% of all households were made up of individuals and 5.4% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older.
