Enstad then introduced the judges, Pam Viere, and Patty Peterson of Lake Benton, and Jay Fultz of Tracy. In the Creative Arts presentations, Ashton Scarset performed a piano solo I will Survive. Jackie Taylor performed a patriotic poem Through a Soldiers Eyes. Amber Amundson performed a guitar and vocal solo, Hey Jude. Kassandra Jarmer performed a dramatic speech, Roses for Mom. Jessica Brummer gave a humorous speech, This is How We Live. Kirsten Widman performed a clarinet solo, Double Trouble. Cassie Caygle performed a vocal solo, Reflections. Reigning Miss Westbrook Amanda Deprez, 1st Runner Up Laurie Nordahl, and Miss Congeniality Erin Vosberg, entertained with a humorous skit about Miss Westbrook Interviews.

City DescriptionLake Benton is a city in Lincoln County, Minnesota, United States. The population was 703 at the 2000 census.
Lake Benton is also the name of the approximately seven-mile-long (11 km) lake adjacent to the city of Lake Benton.
According to the United States Census Bureau, the city has a total area of 4.7 square miles (12.0 km²), of which, 3.8 square miles (9.9 km²) of it is land and 0.8 square miles (2.1 km²) of it (17.63%) is water.
U.S. Routes 14 and 75 are two of the main routes in the community.
As of the census of 2000, there were 703 people, 334 households, and 196 families residing in the city. The population density was 183.8 people per square mile (71.1/km²). There were 365 housing units at an average density of 95.4/sq mi (36.9/km²). The racial makeup of the city was 97.72% White, 1.00% Native American, 0.28% Asian, 0.28% from other races, and 0.71% from two or more races. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 0.71% of the population.
