This place is fantastic--big, beautiful rooms and its private, so there aren't a bunch of other people around. Great food, excellent service--they treat you like family. Less expensive than other reception halls of this size.

Been to Russell's many times, the food is great but the last time we went the service was terrible! We were at the table for 10 mintues and NO ONE even greeted us. We left and we will never go back and we will never recommend this place again!!!!

If you use the drive-through, expect cold fries - ALWAYS! Also, 90% of the time, they get special orders wrong, so unless you order it the way it shows on the menu, don't expect it to be right the first time. This one is much better than the Monticello one though with the personel they hire. At least you are welcomed and treated as part of their job rather than an interupting inconvenience.

No different than Domino's, Papa John's, Little Caesar's, Pizza Hut, Pizza Man, Scoreboard Pizza, Godfather's ... they all taste the same BAD The main reason is they all get their ingredients from the same suppliers. They have taken away taste and quality for larger profits. I would rather buy frozen pizzas than buy any of these.
