Service was awful. Food so-so. But the biggest dissappointment was the service. Owner and her son cussing at one another servers outfits were dirty and and the cooks wore no hairnets or gloves when dealing with food. AWFUL!!!

This place is great. Huge selection and the staff can help you with anything. I was looking for a honey liqueur that I had several years ago but didn't know the name. The lady turned me on to some German Barenjager aka Barenfang and this is exactly what I was looking for. Beer, Cheese, Coffee, Snacks and people who know what they're doing - what more could you ask for.

The prices are good, the owners are Awesome and the food is soo good. It has become one of my favorite places to go. I would recommend this to everybody who is either passing through or visiting town even though it is in a small town of Pittsford.

Shoopers is now Hawkeyes! Same location, new management. Great food with many specials. Peal and eat shrimp, hot or cold is awesome. Friday night fishfry is also great. Now has a website, www.hawkeyesgrill.com. Worth the trip.

Steaks is great! When in doubt go there, always great food, awesome portions (always bring home leftovers), service is great. Mr. Davis is a great owner, always checking to see how everyone is doing, will even serve food and bus tables when things get busy, how many owners do you know that do that. Their specials on the weekends are great! Highly recommend the Million Dollar Chicken when they have it. The burgers are always good, so are the chicken sandwhiches. Had our rehersal dinner at Steaks and wedding reception at their catering hall just a few blocks away.

Went to watch my friends band for the first time and was very impressed with the atmosphere the tavern provided. Great patio and food, locals were very accepting. For a small town bar probably one of the best I have been to. I will be back even though its a haul from Lansing.

The food is good. The portions are large enough to split a meal. Good coffee! A charming little restaurant, with the best food around.. Go hungry and try one of there many breakfasts on the menu, or a daily special. I have never left hungry. The prices are very good considering the portion sizes. Ron & Anne Allen.

Oh My gosh!... this is the best food i have EVER had. No joke. Every time i get out to somerset i get some. It is amazing. The best ever. Even better then the bigger pizza places that are well known. And the staff is pheonomal and always very friendly. I love their pizza and subs and breadsticks and chicken wings and strips and french fries and everything that they have to offer. you should really get out there and give it a try!
