Heller's Liquor Mart is a hidden gem. This is a family-run place. Once you step in, someone is there to greet you. The prices for both beer and liquor are very reasonable. The staff has a good sense of humor and treat you like one of their own. If you live or happen to be in Chelsea, this is the ONE-STOP shop for all your drinking neccessities!!

I got the traditional corned beef on rye bread with a kosher pickle. I used to live in Saugus and got tired of driving up to Lendy's to get a good sandwich. I found Arthur's and never looked back. My only pet peeve is I wish they were open in the evenings.

About a year ago, I painted my entire condo with paint from Kirshon. They were helpful and very easy to work with. Then, this weekend, I was doing some touch-up painting and found that an almost full can of Benjamin Moore paint had gone bad. I brought it back to Kirshon and without even asking to see my receipt (which I had brought with me), they gave me a new can of paint. There are closer paint stores, but it's well worth the time to travel a little farther for Kirshon.

I discovered Broadway Jewelers about a year ago and have been back many times to buy jewelry for special occasions. Broadway is by far the best jewelry store that I have ever gone to. The people working there are very knowledgeable and friendly, the selection is tremendous, the repair work they do is excellent, and the prices are very reasonable. I like this merchant so much that when my 20-year-old son wanted to buy a ring for his girlfriend, I brought him to Broadway Jewelers! It was a relatively inexpensive ring, but they spent as much time as they would have had it been an expensive diamond engagement ring! I will be a customer for years to come.
