HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! A++++++ ALL THE WAY. I was amazed by how efficient they were and my car look brand new. Charlie and his guys are the easiest and the bestest auto body guys I have ever dealt with and believe me when I say this. They were highly recommended to me by a friend who has also used them (unfortunately) a few times. With 20 years of business in Belmont and over 40 years for Charlie..... This is 'THE' auto body shop.

Careful, the hourly rate is high, and they charge for the time it takes to pick up materials, which meant they tried to charge $300 to pick up 2 light fixtures and some wire. Add to this that they showed up a day and half after they said that they would - frustrating to say the least. The workmanship appears to be good - my gripe is with the office.

Simply fantastic donuts, hand-made by a local institution. Worth the trip and the extra mile on the treadmill. Featherweight, glazed confectionary heaven. Substantial, startlingly complex cake donuts. Good people, friendly service. Cheap.

Very hit or miss. Sometimes they seem nice and together and other times rude and bad. I've gone there a bunch of times, but I think I have to give up on them. It's just not worth it. The last annoyance was the "$25 minimum to use a credit card." (which is not allowed according to Visa) I had a waxing that was near $20 and had to go to the ATM and come back to pay. Weird.
