We went there for Mother Day brunch, and it was the most horrible experience with the most horrible food. The hot food was cold; the server had a cold; the salads were wilted. They charged for a 2 year old who was asleep and didn't eat a thing. Yukkk. No class.

I took my wife here for her birthday. The food and service were excellent. Try the carbonara! A lot of Italian restaurants use too much egg. Pagliuca's does it perfect! You'll love the atmoshere, too. We're definitely coming back next time were in Boston!

There is nothing that beats this crusty delicious pizza.... NOTHING! The lamb skewers are absolutely to die for. The only thing that ruins the trip for me every single time I go, Is the directions from Worcester! When is this construction going to be finished!!!

For a decent Filet Mignon and awesome Cheesecake there is none higher, Patrons are treated well despite the long wait for seating that is usually 20 min. to 40 min. seldom more than that. Let them know (staff) if it's your birthday they love to surprise guests with a resounding chorus. Overall a great place to take visiting family/Inlaws that won't make you look like a cheapskate and will still allow you to pay mortgage on time. Mic Theory Reviewer www.hotstepzmagazine.com

Salseros, trust me, we have danced from Toronto to Havana and I must say stay away. We visited Boston Friday and made the mistake of checking out the Roxie. After opening an hour late, waiting through an hour solid of reggatone and house, the DJ thought he was playing Salsa (Aguanile) a great tune, but Rhumba and way to fast to actually dance Salsa. Then he played a more reasonable tune which we danced until he cut it off half way through and returned to reggatone. So I say again, this place should not be placed anywhere near the word Salsa on the net

I had been to Orleans for dinner and really enjoyed it. This weekend we wanted to get brunch but didn't want to wait at the better known places and decided to try Orleans. The menu has several choices, but a little pricey. The food was good and service was good as well.

As a native Bostonian I am surprised that I picked this place. Thought it had a great reputation but was surprised with overcooked boiled lobster (what could be easier to cook?) and priced at $85!! Other fish dishes like Red Snapper and Salmon equally overpriced and nothing special. No tablecloth..a sad disappointment. LEGAL SEA FOOD and that old standby PIER IV (which has free parking!!) would have been a much better meal and a nicer atmosphere. How do they get such good waitstaff

Boston Beer Works

What happened to Beer Works? Amazing beer, good food, and excellent service have disappeared and been replaced by a shadow of a brewery that once was. Their signature beers are still decent, but the TV Dinner food and the horrible service (with a recognizable drop of about 10 years in the average age of the staff) don't make it worth it. There's not much that compares to a Cask Conditioned Back Bay IPA. But you will have a much better overall experience at one of the many other bars in the Fenway area. It's actually quite sad to see what has happened to Beer Works!

This is THE premier place to see live music in Boston. The club is small enough to be intimate, but large enough to not feel cramped. The ticket prices are usually $20 or less, and the drinks aren't overly expensive either. Grab a bite to eat in the front room before the concert (I recommend the personal pizza...yum!), or stay there to catch some good under-the-radar bands. If your hesitant about the bands that play there, let me give you this little history lesson. U2 and Sting played their FIRST U.S. shows there. You'd be lucky now to be able to get a ticket for their Garden shows! If you've seen shows in the Avalon and Orpheum, your next stop should be The Paradise! Its an experience worth the trip on the green line!

You want fine dining coupled with great ambiance then the Eastside Bar & Grill is the place to go ! The menu is diverse and flavor packed with such excellent choices as Swordfish Picatta, Veal Parmesan, Chicken Cacciatore, and a favorite of mine is the Steak Tips. You always get more than you expect. Everything is fresh with all the essentials such as excellent prices, very high quality, cleanliness, and top service. They also have a full bar with an extensive wine list. The Eastside Bar & Grill has become my favorite restaurant. I highly recommend it ! Try it !

Addictively engaging milieu. Quality of food is excellent. It has a modern and vibrant atmosphere thanks to the younger professionals that frequent the establishment. This translated into an exceptional service staff that was tolerant and more so engaging with the lively group we were. (Even though the manager seemed to struggle a bit with this type of clientele, he need remember they spend very well.) We were repeat visitors on our recent trip to Boston, which was our first ever. Menu is affordable and diverse; first floor is warm and modern. Check out the 'urban canyon' atmosphere of the roof top patio. On a modest evening like the one we had it is like a cozy cave with stars for a ceiling.
