This was a birthday party for my Mother. Grassfields went out of their way to accommodate 7 adults and an infant. The server, "Lauren" was outstanding. She was took care of all of us and was right on the mark!!! "She went above and beyond the call of duty." Now, the food, EXCELLENT !!!!! Everyone had plenty to eat and every order was delicious and done to perfection. This was my first trip to Grassfields but not my last. I live in Rhode Island and the trip took over an hour. But, the trip was worth it. Reccomendation: GO AND ENJOY!! You will not be disappointed.

The food is tasty enough for a chain, but the Andover location is so cramped that the service has been compromised every time I've visited. I'd recommend the short drive to the North Andover location instead, it's easily got three times the capacity and the service is much better as a result.

Glory's latest menu is really good. There are new pasta dishes and a burger that is addictive. I am happy they have added simply things while keeping up their higher end specialty items too. the atmosphere is so nice for a great evening out and the service is always down to earth and attentive. try their martini list - its always changing.

I liked this place a lot! Innovative menu. Everything was tastey. Not too expensive if you forgo the bottle of wine. I have been looking for a restaurant in the andover area that was more than the same old-same old. This fits the bill. Reminds me of Metamorphis in Lawrence, if you remember that one!

Vincenzo's avg fare: Food is very hit and miss, as well as having small portions. Nice atmosphere. I retried this restauarnt recently hoping that my last experience was a fluke. Food was worst this time. The flounder special was tasteless ... out of 4 meals, none of us were pleased with our food.

Good stuff! Yummy lunch specials! Sushi fish is fresh and the rice surrounding it is perfect. Comes with miso soup and a crisp salad. Get a window seat and enjoy the view of people passing by. Nicely furnished and friendly & fast staff, this place has won numerous awards. Try it and find out why!

I went with my family to Thai Sweet Basil and had the worst ever experience. We entered by 8:45 pm and were told we had 15 min to order which we promptly did. Food was promptly served and we were busy eating it when one lady suddenly appeared and got all the waitresses to leave. After that, she came up to our table and said - "you need to get out"! She also thrust the bill - nearly $50. We politely told her that for $50 we expected better customer service at which point she murmured something and went onto to make several calls. We decided to ask her for boxes since it was clearly getting very unwelcome. She refused that saying that it wasn't her job. She was going to call the waitresses back and that she would actually need to charge us extra. She also asked me to speak with her owner who told me that he was going to call the police as we weren't paying the bill! This of course was ridiculous and I called the police instead!! Overall it took us 40 min and a police officer to get a couple of boxes!! Food is good, service at least this once was terrible - enough to make us not go back there to find out if it has improved!

The most amazing lasagna I've ever had! Crowded but we still got in fast. The food came fast. The waiter was excellent. Great for casual dining or a nice romantic dinner. Reasonable prices. Next time I'm in this area I'll definately be back!

Spinners came highly recommended from just about everyone I know in Andover, but the crust is really crispy and dry. It's not bad, just a lot harder than I like. Also, they use peanut oil in their food (as stated on their menu) which means I haven't been able to serve their pizza to friends.
