Sikes is located at 32°4′51″N 92°29′19″W / 32.08083, -92.48861 (32.080859, -92.488574).
According to the United States Census Bureau, the village has a total area of 4.2 km² (1.6 mi²), all land.
As of the census of 2000, there were 121 people, 50 households, and 34 families residing in the village. The population density was 29.5/km² (76.6/mi²). There were 64 housing units at an average density of 15.7/km² (40.8/mi²). The racial makeup of the village was 97.50% White, and 2.5% Native American.
There were 50 households out of which 32.0% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 50.0% were married couples living together, 10.0% had a female householder with no husband present, and 32.0% were non-families. 30.0% of all households were made up of individuals and 12.0% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older. The average household size was 2.40 and the average family size was 2.85.
