Noble is located at 31°41′25″N 93°40′56″W / 31.69028, -93.68222 (31.690237, -93.682087).
According to the United States Census Bureau, the village has a total area of 2.7 km² (1.0 mi²), all land.
As of the census of 2000, there were 259 people, 91 households, and 65 families residing in the village. The population density was 97.1/km² (252.1/mi²). There were 104 housing units at an average density of 39.0/km² (101.2/mi²). The racial makeup of the village was 61.78% White, 28.19% Native American, and 10.04% from two or more races. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 6.18% of the population.
There were 91 households out of which 49.5% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 60.4% were married couples living together, 4.4% had a female householder with no husband present, and 27.5% were non-families. 25.3% of all households were made up of individuals and 14.3% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older. The average household size was 2.85 and the average family size was 3.47.
