City DescriptionLillie is a village in Union Parish, Louisiana, United States. The population was 139 at the 2000 census. It is part of the Monroe Metropolitan Statistical Area.
Lillie is located at 32°55′13″N 92°39′42″W / 32.92028, -92.66167 (32.920319, -92.661563).
According to the United States Census Bureau, the village has a total area of 5.0 km² (1.9 mi²). 5.0 km² (1.9 mi²) of it is land and 0.1 km² (0.04 mi²) of it (1.03%) is water.
As of the census of 2000, there were 139 people, 54 households, and 36 families residing in the village. The population density was 28.0/km² (72.3/mi²). There were 65 housing units at an average density of 13.1/km² (33.8/mi²). The racial makeup of the village was 72.66% White, 23.74% African American, 2.88% from other races, and 0.72% from two or more races. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 4.32% of the population.
There were 54 households out of which 25.9% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 53.7% were married couples living together, 13.0% had a female householder with no husband present, and 31.5% were non-families. 29.6% of all households were made up of individuals and 20.4% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older.
