City DescriptionEubank is a city in Lincoln and Pulaski Counties in the U.S. state of Kentucky. The population was 358 at the 2000 census.
The Pulaski County portion of Eubank is part of the Somerset Micropolitan Statistical Area, while the Lincoln County portion is part of the Danville Micropolitan Statistical Area.
Eubank is located at 37°16′48″N 84°39′26″W / 37.28, -84.65722 (37.279992, -84.657100).
According to the United States Census Bureau, the city has a total area of 0.9 square miles (2.4 km²), all land. Most of the city is located in Pulaski County, with only a small portion extending into Lincoln County.
As of the census of 2000, there were 358 people, 141 households, and 102 families residing in the city. The population density was 395.2 people per square mile (151.9/km²). There were 173 housing units at an average density of 191.0/sq mi (73.4/km²). The racial makeup of the city was 97.77% White, 1.68% Native American, and 0.56% from two or more races.
