Ive eaten here many times over the years the food is what you would expect and the service is always kinda mediocre. Our visit today was pathetic. From the second we walked in the door things started going down hill of the roughly 10 tables 2 were occupied and 5 were left dirty either covered in dishes or with food particles. We chose a booth and after about 5 minutes of sitting the waitress asked if we wanted food or ice cream from across the room. She brought us menus and took our drink order and stated that the table obviously hadnt been wiped off and that she would be right back to take care of that.. She brought out the 2 adult drinks but totally forgot the childs drink. After several minutes of just sitting there looking around a girl who I assume was an employee came through the door and stod at the counter for a couple of minutes when the waitress never appeared she went around the counter helped herself to whatever it was she wanted and left. By this time the 2 year old was becoming quite a handful with absolutely nothing to busy herself with and in typical 2 year old fashion went for a drink which of course ended up half in my lap I figure no big deal I will just get a few napkins. Unfortunately when i reached for the napkin dispenser it was covered in ketchup. The waitress had finally reappeared now she was behind the counter...texting rubbing her faceand counting money after she closed the cash drawershe immediately grabbed another tables food without so much as washing her hands. This was about the last straw for us we spoke with another employee who was on her way out explaining our issue. While the other employee wsa pleasant enough it was ultimately no more than just making excuses. After 30 minutes of being here we asked where our food was we were then told that it was going to be another 10 minutes as our meal was just started. The floors were littered wiht food the window slls which are booth seat level were covered in food dust and dead bugs the counter foot rail covered in ketchup and the floors were disgusting. Its sad that a place that Ive been going off and on for 15 years has fallen to this level. All in all......Pathetic
