I ate at the Bristol Bar and Grille prior to a function at the Ky Center (just down the street). My guest and I shared the green chili won tons and I had the steeplechase salad. I was really impressed with my food, and our server was great. The house bread was fantastic, I would have loved to wrap it up and take it with me! They were doing a booming business, and I can see why. I can't wait to go back and try the sweet chili linguine!

I recently returned from a trip to Ireland and had a great time. I live in Louisville and had heard alot about the Irish Rover, but had never been. So I decided to take some friends from out of town to dine there. The food was great and the service was excelent! It was the closest thing to Ireland I have experienced since my trip. Not to mention the portions and price were very resonable. I would recommend anybody who hasnt been there to give it a try. "Wonderful"!

Service was excellent. Ambience was perfect for a romantic dinner. Seafood is some of the best I've had despite the restaurant's location not being on the shoreline. I've eaten in top restaurants all over the world, and I definitely recommend this one!

My experience dinning at L & N wasn't very good at all. The restaurant was extremely over priced for the actual product that was presented. On the menu they offer Steak Frites, this is what I ordered so I will review that menu selection. The steak was a sirloin, and for the supposedly high end restaurant they are claiming to be, you would expect maybe a fillet mignon??? The pommes frites were cold and limp, not crispy at all. It was very disappointing because I've been wanting to try L & N for a very long time and when I actually did it wasn't good. I wouldn't recommend L & N to anyone and I've actually let a lot of people know that my experience wasn't good. If you want to go to a real fancy, gourmet restaurant try Portico's at Caesar's casino boat. It is the definition of fine dinning; L & N was just plain lousy. I would give L & N no stars, but I had to in order to rate it.

This is my favorite sushi restaurant in Louisville, hands down. The service is outstanding. The sushi is great. They finish you off with orange slices on toothpicks. Only downfall, they close at 4pm, making it a lunch only place.

I decided to try something different at Applebees. After looking at their new menu items promoting "Huge Flavors" by Chef Tyler Florence, I tried the Bruschetta Burger. This the absolute best burger I've ever had! The thick, Angus burger comes on grilled foccacia bread, crusty and tasty. They add thick slices of mozarella cheese on the bottom, and then top the burger with zesty pesto sauce and fresh bruschetta mix, topped further with wonderfully tasting herbs that leave a sweet taste in your mouth (not greasy like burgers normally do). The side dish are garlic fries with shaved parmesan cheese sprinkled on top. The fries too are seasoned with herbs that give them a unique taste. They must fry these in olive oil, as there was a small dab of this seasoned oil in the bottom of the bowl the fries were served it. It made for a wonderful "dip" for these garlie fries. Also new on their menu is Apple Sangria. Even though summer is long gone, this went really well as a light drink with my dinner. I highly recommend this new menu item at Applebee's Restaurant!
