My wife and I have been here several times and order off the menu...no sushi. Service is very efficient and friendly. Priced right...big portions. And they are usually busy but we've never had to wait to be seated.

I had a delightful time here. The sushi is amazing and everyone that worked there seemed so happy and helpful. It was truly one of my favorite experiences at a japanese steakhouse. I had the filet mignon and lobstertail, sake, and a long island ice tea and the kiku combo sushi. It was all so amazing I finished my plate (I have never done that before!) Go to KIKU if you want some great food in a great atmosphere!

this place is fantastic. By far the best Sushi bar in Topeka. The sushi area doesn't have a lot of seating, but it does have a drink bar, sushi bar, western and traditional-floor seating. When you enter the restaurant, you are encased in a very beautiful, traditional Japanese art decor, and are helped right away by the staff. The tables are very nicely decorated. The best part however, is the food. You have your choice of nearly 50 different kinds of sushi, from california rolls to nigiri and sashimi. They are all very complexly put together. They have to be the best sushi I've ever had. They even come with salad and a wonderful miso soup. The best part? Two can eat a lunch for 20-25 Dollars. Highly recommended to sushi lovers, and to those who are weary; you'll love it.

This has to be my all time favorite place to eat w/ my family. The owner and waitress's are the best, the food is awesome, (I LOVE the specials) and you get to hang out w/ half the town when you go in:). Only thing is I wish they were opened for dinner too-LOL.

Well for the first time in several months I made it back for a pick up dinner. They faxed to me a current menu, I called in the order, and when ready the hostess confirmed what I had ordered. One of the items was wrong due to an honest mistake. It only took 5 - 10 minutes to get the correct burritto. Delicious! My wife had the chicken burrito that comes with rice and chips and one little container of salsa. I ordered the Carne Azada Burrito which is lean, shredded steak and it is delicious. I looked in the bag before leaving and saw only the one little container of red salsa so I asked for, and received, another red and verde (green) container and they gave it to me. The salsa is excellent and worth asking for. The dining room was really busy too so the word is getting out on how special this restaurant is becoming known.

Finally, a great, authentic Chinese restaurant in Topeka that offers a variety of dishes, great flavors, good service, and fabulous value. Their lunch specials are awesome: choice of 15 different entree's with choice of rice (fried or steamed), choice of appetizer (crab rangoon, eggroll or fried wontons) AND choice of soup (egg drop or hot and sour)...for less than $6!!! Dining in is a wonderful experience, and take-out couldn't be easier. Sun's has the Best of Topeka written all over it!
