Best mexican food around. The salsa alone is to die for. It is loaded with extra Cilantro which is my favorite seasoning. Food is up and down but mostly up. I would recommend this establishment very highly.

Professional knowledgeable barista's await the coffee connoisseur. This is a large espresso shop with a cool art deco atmosphere where you can relax or talk with friends. Enjoyed the wireless internet service and the outstanding latte's, mocha's and real cappuccino's. Family owned and operated since 2002. If you are a coffee or espresso lover you will love it!

June 2008 - Store closed. Management says that it will NOT reopen. It has been cleaned out pretty much. It was a great place to eat. For $5 you had all the salad, pizza, pasta and desserts you could eat.

Best breakfast in Hutchinson. Friendly staff and patrons. If you are new to the area, I would encourage you to stop in at Skaets. The staff and patrons have a wealth of information about the area - great business network location. Movers and Shakers frequent this establishment. Have some time on your hand if you go on Saturday or Sunday morning. It gets crowded, but patients will be rewarded with excellent dinning experience. About the food - from breakfast to lunch and dinner very consistant with quality. They make excellent salads, burgers, and sandwiches.
