Scheme Pizza: This place almost approaches the line of a utopia. The ambiance is fantastic and the service is great. We had a waitress and she was amazing. She talked to us and always made sure we were doing okay. The pizza is okay. Nothing that I haven't had elsewhere. The sodium content is a little high for my taste but nonetheless still pretty good. They paper plates which kind of threw me off at first. I wish they had dessert, but they provide honey to eat with your crust. Editors Note: This is really good, kind of a weird concept but you must try it before you knock it. Bottom line- If you are looking for a place that is quiet and posh steer clear of Scheme. But if you want a really fun environment with great service and drinks; then hop aboard. The Critic

The name outside does mention sushi but they do serve it. It???s mainly a hibachi house. The chef is quite entertaining. The sushi I order were extremely large pieces and tasted good and fresh. There is no sushi bar and the menu for sushi is limited. Conclusion: It???s the only place around Salina that service sushi and it prices right. Highly recommended.

A great place to hear live bands and have fun. The owners are great people. They make sure you have fun and that you are well taken care of. The staff is great as well. They make sure that there are no problems and if there is, they are handled very quickly. If you haven't been here, you are missing out on a lot of fun.

Applebee's is a national chain. If you have not ate at one at least one stop by. I'm sure you will not be disappointed. Everything from a cheap hamburger to two steaks. I guarantee you will not come out of these things hungry. I often long for desert but I typically come up stuffed with a to go box with the portions that are served. The boneless wings have me addicted! If your looking for a quiet date this probably would not be my first choice as it typically is full and can get a bit noisy with everyone around you. The atmosphere is right when things are slow though!
