I went there today and ate. It was real good if you like fast food. There's not alot of space inside but they also have a little shelter outside with a picnic table so you can eat outside when it's warm. It is reasonably priced and the girl running it now is Carmen Arnold and we know and really like her. I knew she was a real good waitress but didn't know she was a good cook too.

El Charro is the best Mexican food besides homemade from Mami's kitchen... their rice is the best rice I have ever tasted from a restaurant!! If I am honest as possible, I don't like how the waiters rush you for an order! I like to sit and enjoy my food and company, but they are always too pushy!! Also, I LOVE... LOVE... LOVE their Fried Ice Cream, which, you can usually only get if you order carry-out because if you ask for it in the restaurant, they will tell you that they are out!! i am a native and very much missed the deli when i moved away i try and eat there when i am that way. No deli i have found elsewhere compares. They have the best potatoe salad and the quality of their product is remarkable. You will not be disapointed. It is very cheap- try the thursday special- less that 5 bucks with a drink and you can hardly finish it! just a good ol' family owned deli- check on their hours though they don't stay open late.

Taco Tico is delicious. The wait can be very long, and the staff may not be the nicest, but the food is amazing. I'd recommend the beef nachos or the sanchos, because the beef here is spectacular. I just moved to NYC, and I have yet to find a cheap taco joint as good as Taco Tico.
