For Andover, it is not bad. The problem is that many employees do not speak English, so don't expect to have a question answered, just a smile, and a nod yes. The food is always good. Sprite wrote that it was filthy. I will agree the bathroom leaves a lot to be desired, but I have eaten at restaurants at the waterfront which have bathrooms as dirty at times. This is in an old building and they have tried to remodel in there, which has cleaned the atmosphere up. It is a good place to eat and worth a visit.

Great when I was a kid and great today. My kids said it was better than the other pizza places in town. Long drive for us, but we will make another trip to it and try the buffet. The guy making the pizza went to all tables and asked for special requests. We will be back!

Sometimes the service at a big chain place can be dicey. The solution for Applebees is to sit at the bar. Whenever I've been in an unfamiliar town on buisness, or for whatever reason I was in a position where I was going to have to dine alone, Applebees consistently puts out good food; and when you eat at the bar you won't have any trouble with the wait staff. The Andover location is no exception to my personally formulated rule.

Pizza is good. Service overshadows it. It sucks! Complaints go on deaf ears. One Sunday I ordered a delivery, it took 90 minutes to get it. Buffet's run out and are not restocked. Do yourself a favor and drive 7 minutes west to the Pizza Hut on Kellogg in front of Wal Mart. Much better service there.
