My likes are the food is great, and served right away. My dislikes about the place is that they need to change the buffet menu so you dont't have the same food every week on different days. Another thing is that they need to make the resturant smoke free cause I don't think people like smelling smoke when they eat.

This is the go to place for fast, flavorful, and decently priced food. The salsa served with chips is obviously not bottled and is always excellent. I have never had a bad meal, or bad service, here. It is the only sit down restaurant in Boone that I would take out of town guests to, due to the consistency of quality and service. Our other retaurants are generally good, but not as consistent as La Carreta has been.
