VA spokesman Jeffrey Hull said no patients or employees have reported any illnesses linked to the bacteria. north manchester The town police chief has resigned and voluntarily checked into a mental health facility a week after local officials were told he was under investigation by the Indiana State Police. David Young submitted his resignation Tuesday. Town Manager Dan Hannaford said state police told him Young was being investigated for possible inappropriate conduct.
