I have a table from the cochran chair Co. Aurora Indiana It was founded in 1879.The table is in great? Question: condition It has the sticker thing on the botton thats still readable. It looks as if the chairs (i dont have any of them) was triangle shaped. My grandmoter who is 98 bought it at an auction house in the 1930's said it belonged to an old women who passed away.
Anyone happen to know what its worth or how I can find out?
Answer:
That's hard to say, you best take some detailed pictures and check some Antique-shops. (They're very good in offering low prices by the way.......)
As a woodworking fanatic I knew someone who restored old furniture. He told me that price of old furniture changes from time to time.
One year he had to trash old furniture for his boss and... 15 years later... he had to repair a lot of the same type of furniture for the same boss since it became expensive. Another 10 years later... it was almost worthless again.
Maybe... you could also ask 3-4 antique shops and after that see what you could get for it on a site like Ebay.
Additional...
I did find the The Herman Leive House, Mr. Leive was one of the three original founders of the Cochran Chair Company.
It now is some sort of Hotel in Aurora and it has some of the company's chairs and furniture. They... might be interested in your table or... know others that are.

Answer:
There are no trains to Monticello Indiana (where Indiana Beach is located), so your best bet would be to use an online map site and get directions from there.

Answer:
This is a long post, read carefully, you might want to copy and paste into something that will make it easier to read.
Information provided is from the 1850-1930 census records, the Indiana Marriage Index, WWII enlistment records and Ancestry.com's One World Tree (from an unknown contributor). I have corrected the error I made in an earlier post regarding John and Sarah Rhodes. I provided incorrect marriage info, but I am much more confident with the new information. Most of the regards are from Greene county, Indiana. There is no mention of Ohio.
To summarize:
Ray Rhodes (b. 25 Jun 1811) married Flora Moffitt.
Ray is the son of Elvin Rhodes ( 2 Feb 1889-16 Aug 1930) and Cecilia Ruth Simms (18 Jan 1893-13 Jan 1918). Cecilia is the daughter of Alva J Simms and Rachel J Dilley.
Elvin is the son of John Rhodes (b. Oct 1856) and Sarah Ann Martin (b. Nov 1863).
John Rhodes is the son of Isaiah Rhodes and Phebe Morris.
The records are from the most recent and working backwards:

Sox Game. Where to meet my friend??? Question: I'm going to a Sox game today. I'm coming from Northwest Indiana and my friend is coming from Aurora. Where is a good place to meet so we can ride in the same car to the stadium and only pay for one parking?
Answer:
The Illinois Institute of Technology is just a few blocks east of US Cellular Field, (occupies area from 35th and Michigan to 31st and State). Street parking is generally available, try along Michigan Ave, and on 33rd St. b/t Michigan and State. The campus public safety patrols on a frequent basis, so your car is safe.
Be sure to show up early, the area gets busy quickly around game time. Many left turns get blocked off with cones to control traffic.
There is also permit parking for the campus lots; if the parking gates are raised you will have no problem parking.
There is a Starbucks on the SW corner of 35th and State on the way to US Cellular.

DURING THE WARM SEASON. THESE FRONTS ARE DEFINED AS LAKE MODIFIED
SYNOPTIC SCALE COLD FRONTS THAT RESULT IN ONE HOUR TEMPERATURE
DROPS OF 16 DEGREES FAHRENHEIT OR GREATER
Answer:
A rare, meteorological phenomenon observed on the western Lake Michigan shoreline during the warm season is the pneumonia front. These fronts are defined as lake modified synoptic scale cold fronts that result in one-hour temperature drops of 16 degrees F or greater. Further knowledge of pneumonia fronts is not only important for the efficiency of commerce (aviation and marine), but also essential for sensible weather forecasts for the dense population base along the Lake Michigan coast. Examining surface temperature data from Milwaukee and Madison, Wisconsin resulted in a set of 25 cases from the period 1948 through 2003. Further investigation of these cases resulted in the identification of two main synoptic patterns coincident with pneumonia front events. Analysis suggests that these synoptic patterns are necessary but not sufficient in the forecasting of the pneumonia front phenomenon. Mesoscale controls of pneumonia front events were examined through the use of a simple model, and sensitivity simulations of a specific event (17 July 2003) using the PSU-NCAR mesoscale model (MM5). The simple advection model showed the following: reduced roughness over a north-south lake allows for stronger impact in the southern lake and shoreline; zonal and northwest-southeast cold fronts are more conducive for pneumonia front cases; and colder lake temperatures in the north increase the near-shore temperature gradient and frontal propagation. The results of the MM5 sensitivity tests suggested the following in regards to the 17 July 2003 pneumonia front: orography had little influence on pneumonia front generation and maintenance; temperature falls relating to the pneumonia front were strongly dependent upon landmass diurnal heating; and Lake Michigan surface water temperatures impacted pneumonia front strength. The insights gained from this research should allow operational forecasters to reliably assess the likelihood of pneumonia front events in the short-range.

Answer:
Fast Food is the easiest way to make money, they are ALWAYS hiring.
Go to a local mall and spend the day filing out applications from every store.
You could also try simple clerical work, such as filing and mailing out things for an office.
You could ask around if the local animal hospitals need help at the front desk taking calls and making appointments.
Try at Target or Wal-mart or a big chain grocery store; you could be a cashier.
Is there a flower shop around where you live? Ask if they need help with keeping up the shop, arranging flowers for customers, or taking calls.
Try gas stations, although I'm not sure how old you'd have to be to work there, since tobacco products are sold at most of them.
You could work in a "mom and pop" owned deli shop making sandwiches.
That's all I can thing of for now.
