Questions Possibly Related to Argos, IndianaProvided By Y! Answers
Does anyone have any information regarding the proposed ethanol plant being considered for Argos Indiana? Question:
The Marshall County Plan Commission and the Argos Town Board has been working on this deal for months without notifying the property owners who live in the area being considered for this MCC Ethanol Plant. We need details of exactly how our homes and families will be affected. Plummeting property values, noise, truck and train traffic, air quality, wells, light pollution are just a few of the problems that are of concern at this time.
Answer:
Ethanol plants
03/14/06 at 6:16pm Quote Speaking of the ethanol plant mentioned in the last post, it is possibly going to be located either south of Argos right off the IMC NKP, or in Rochester. There are options to buy land 160 acres in Argos and about 200 near Rochester according to the South Bend Tribune. A plant like that would certainly help out the line no matter the location since both areas are served on the line, and that was why they considered the location.
