Aurora, Illinois? Question: What are some fun things to do in Aurora? in which that costs little to no money at all. please help.
Answer:
The best things in Aurora for little or no money.
Start with Phillips Park. They have the zoo, a mastodon dig, a sunken garden and plenty of area for a picnic. There is also a small water park there. Blackberry Farm on the far west side is a pioneer village with a small train ride and a petting zoo. Across the road is a water park but the cost is around $20 per person. The downtown area has many museums including a Civil War museum, a Black Cultural museum, the Fireman's museum, and the Sci-Tech museum. There is a Walter Payton memorabilia display at the Roundhouse restaurant a few blocks away. The Roundhouse is not a cheap restaurant but they do have their own home brew beers. And the riverboat gambling is located downtown. They often have festivals on the weekends in the evening with free music downtown. Walking the river-walk is always free.

Can i operate a 49cc moped in Aurora Illinois without a drivers license? Question: in the city of Aurora Illinois can I operate a moped (49cc) without a drivers license?
what if i got it registered and had insurance?
Answer:
Most bikes under 50cc will be considered mopeds, as long as they have an automatic transmission, less than 2HP and can’t exceed 30mph in a 1 mile stretch.
The classes of motorcycles in IL are L-under 200cc and M-any size motorcycle. For a moped any drivers license is good, but it has to meet the above restrictions. But anything on the road in IL with a motor(except farm implements, etc.) requires insurance. So, no, not without a license.
If you get it registered and insured AND have any type license, then yes. No problem.
