In Atlanta $1500-2500 a month would be VERY expensive, unless you're talking about like a 3 or 4 bedroom place or something.
An inexpensive 1BR in Buckhead should run about $700. For a "luxury apartment complex" you should expect to pay less than $1100 a month. Anything above that is either overpriced, very very fancy, or a highrise.
There are tons. If you want really high end, check out places on Lenox Road. For regular old "luxury" places, Post properties (any), Monroe Place, Uptown Square, Tuscany ... and so many more, you can't go 2 feet in Buckhead without tripping over one of these places.

What places in the United States most closely resemble Buckhead Georgia?
Answer:
It depends. Buckhead, Georgia is a small town with a population less than 300. The Buckhead community is a part of Metro Atlanta. There are not many places I've visited which are similar, but I'm sure that will all change when they tear down all the old clubs in the area and build condos and shopping areas in it's place.

In the mid-1990s, I ate at an amazing restaurant outside of Atlanta, GA. I think it was in the Buckhead area. It was very large, and in addition to indoor seating, had a long outdoor covered patio area that wrapped around the outside of the place, and I'm pretty sure it was on the second story. I've looked online, but nothing sounds or looks quite right. This would be an upscale type restaurant, fairly expensive. I don't think it's Anthony's. Anyone have any idea? I'm going to the area soon, and would like to go there if it is still in business. Thanks!

Sounds like The Cheesecake Factory or maybe Maggiano's these are both on Peachtree Rd in the Buckhead area near Lenox Mall.

I'm on a budget between $500-$900/month. I'm thinking of moving to Atlanta for a job at the Mansion hotel on Peachtree. If you have any preferences please help because this would be my first apartment.

Try looking in the Vinnings/Smyrna area. It is about 15 minutes from downtown. You might have some luck there. The apartments won't be fantastic, but they'll get you by.

Los Angeles, San Francisco, and San Diego all have multiple suburbs with tall buildings.
New York also has suburbs with tall buildings, especially ones in New Jersey across from Manhattan.
Houston and Dallas have several areas outside of their downtowns with tall buildings.
Miam and South Florida have many subrubs with tall condo buildings too.
Washington DC has suburbs with tall buildings like Tyson's Corner.
That's all I can think of right now, there are probably more cities.

Yes Buckhead is pretty safe compared to some areas in ATL. Just stay away from Bankhead. There are a lot of condos being built in the Buckhead area a lot of them right on Peachtree Street going all the way down to another area called Midtown, which is another nice area. I work at a restaurant in Buckhead and have a lot of regulars who live in the area. The Vinings is another area that's not too far from the city that you may want to look at.

I live in Georgia. It depends on your price range. Buckhead is an awesome place to live if you have the money. Roswell is another good place which ranges for affordable to really expensive. It is in the suberbs but really close to the city. Buckhead is like the city but allot nicer with clubs, restaurants, high rise buildings some nice malls near by.

Hey does anybody wanna know a couple of counties in Georgia that are excellent and comfortable for living?

So far here are just a couple of counties and cities that Allah has allowed me to feel positive vibrations from.
1.Douglas county (Allah gave me a message about this county ina dream, and he revealed to me about how nice and peaceful it is)
2. Cobb county.(no dreams, but whenever I'm there I enjoy the atmosphere very much and I love riding and shopping around this town and plus its right in between 2 of my favorite cities which are Douglasville and Atlanta.
3. No Question! Thank Allah for ATLANTA!
4. Decatur (I love just hearing about this place even when I'm not there.)
5.BuckHead, Cummings ( The vast majority of the men there are wealthy,not stuck up,very flirty, gentlemen and good looking too.)
