How long does it take to get from Martinsville, Virginia to Albany, Georgia?

You should go south on Route 220 which should take you across the Virginia border into North Carolina.
Shortly before reaching Greensboro, you should turn west toward Winston-Salem on Route 158.
In Winston-Salem, you turn south on Route 52 toward Salisbury.

Okay, this was tough to find with no solid answers but I think I can make a few educated guesses.
Georgia - Nobody was in charge of it, so there was no official leadership to send to the conference. It had just been given up by the trustees and the crown hadn't taken charge yet, so it was basically in limbo.
However, after many difficulties and the departure of Oglethorpe, the trustees proved unable to manage the proprietary colony and on June 23, 1752, the trustees submitted a deed of reconveyance to the crown, one year before the expiration of the charter. On January 7, 1755, Georgia officially ceased to be a trustee colony and became a crown colony.
Delaware - There was a dispute to whom actually owned the colony. Was it Penn's heirs or Baltimore's heirs? So again it was in limbo. There was no official leaders since the dispute was in London.
William Penn had inherited James' claims and thus began nearly 100 years of litigation between Penn and Baltimore, and their heirs, in the High Court of Chancery in London. The settlement of the legal battles began by the heirs agreeing to the survey performed by Charles Mason and Jeremiah Dixon between 1763 and 1767, which resulted in the famous Mason-Dixon line. The final adjudication of the settlement did not occur until the very eve of the American Revolution and was certainly a major reason for the close political alliance between the property owners of the Lower Counties and the Royalist Proprietary government.

if i were in georgia i would RACE to all or nothing (in atlanta-only 3 hours away) to get tattooed.
if you want a cheap tattoo that is not the place to get it but if you want a phenomenal tattoo that you will be proud of for years then they are definitely the place for you.
a tattoo IS forever and you definitely want to make sure that you are getting something worth having for the rest of your life. tattoos are not an area in which you should be cheap.

If it is the latter, you should check out community colleges, they often have massage therapist licensing.
