    You can take Greyhound to Wilmington, DE. It will drop you off right in downtown Wilmingon (N. French Street). From there, you would have to take the DART bus Route 40 which goes to Bear (via U.S. 40). The fare for DART is $1.15.

    That doesn't make sense. Your husband had to be served papers so it wouldn't matter if he knew where she was. He had a court date. He could have presented his side to the court and mentioned the children. Because she divorced him she would have been required to attend a parent education class. So yes, she probably did break the law by not mentioning the children. Of course, she couldn't file for child support either. There's also an issue of perjury here. Divorce papers ask about children.
