Questions Possibly Related to Angwin, California

    Provided By Y! Answers

Are there any volleyball players in the Napa Valley(California) who would like to get together to practice ?
    Question:
Specifically those who live in Calistoga, St. Helena, or Angwin. Also if there's anyone who has access to a indoor court in the area and would like to volunteer to allow the use of it, I would be interested. Thanks.

    Answer:
Assuming you're a guy. I live in the area more Santa Rosa/Rohnert Park but depending on your age theres 2 options for you: a) Older = adult league in Santa Rosa (must be 18 - I played last year and wasn't competitive enough for me) b) Contact Sonoma State's Men's Volleyball Club. If you've got enough talent to hang with a men's team you can usually practice with them. They practice later at night and are a decent College CLUB team. You'd get average coaching and pretty good competition, a couple high school athletes come on random days to get some practice and skill development On a side note, I wanted to start a more local club team, the closest I know of for men's is in Marin. If you know of enough interest and talent for hs boy's volleyball it would be a good way to get hs teams started and formed. It has to start somewhere and club is a good starting point
