City DescriptionTraskwood is a town in Saline County, Arkansas, United States. The population was 548 at the 2000 census. It is part of the Little Rock–North Little Rock–Conway Metropolitan Statistical Area.
Traskwood is located at 34°27′20″N 92°39′33″W / 34.45556, -92.65917 (34.455474, -92.659288).
According to the United States Census Bureau, the town has a total area of 14.7 km² (5.7 mi²). 14.6 km² (5.7 mi²) of it is land and 0.18% is water.
As of the census of 2000, there were 548 people, 203 households, and 149 families residing in the town. The population density was 37.4/km² (97.1/mi²). There were 211 housing units at an average density of 14.4/km² (37.4/mi²). The racial makeup of the town was 97.26% White, 0.73% Black or African American, 0.18% Native American, 0.73% from other races, and 1.09% from two or more races. 1.28% of the population were Hispanic or Latino of any race.
